amazing canal view!

convenient location friendly staff

the location was great. The bus and sea bus ticket station are just a short walk away. continental breakfast was really nice. the staff was very helpful and friendly (they checked us in early, a huge bonus!).

the beds made noise when i turned (not the most comfortable). also, i had two black teas and was charged 9 euros for hot water and dipping teabags (you can make the same tea in your room for free!).

The room felt quite dated. i found it inconvenient that there were very few power outlets. I had to unplug the tv just to charge my phone. the breakfast also seemed a little limited. the hot food was sitting in greasy trays, not very appealing honestly.

basic breakfast indifferent staff

The breakfast was quite basic. It had scrambled eggs but not much else I cared for. My room also had some ants. I found them near the desk and also in the bathroom. I reported it, but the staff seemed indifferent to this issue. The location was also tiring because you have to walk a while to get to the main streets.
